Launch Party Recap
Valentine's Day Weekend, WERW not only launched the station for Spring, but we also had our launch party to kick off the semester. We were joined by Sam Kogon and his band, WERW alums, and Porches, current leaders in the indie scene with their new album Pool, for one hell of a show.
Big shout out to everyone who came out to Spark Art Space despite the -35 degree wind chill to pack the house, and to the WERW staff who worked hard to make the show a success. We hope everyone enjoyed the tunes, candy, and vinyl giveaways, and congrats to all the DJs who are apart of the station this semester!
We look forward to our Spring 2016 semester and to all the great programming to come! Stay tuned for big things!
