Do You Take Your Funk Sweet Or Savory?
This past semester, I had the opportunity to interview a variety of students about their involvement with Funk N’ Waffles, ranging from Open Mic Night to Made at SU performances. I also spoke to Adam Gold, the owner and operator of Funk N’ Waffles about the origins of the restaurant and the plans for the future as it is expanding to its new location in downtown Syracuse.
